Because you have choices, we work as a team with our Service and Parts Departments to thoroughly manage your post-sale needs. We are dedicated to maximizing our resources, those within and outside our companies, in order to minimize your efforts in handling a warranty issue. We coordinate the many aspects involved with post-sales service so that your warranty needs are met in the most timely, professional, and convenient way possible.
Because you have choices, we take the initiative to educate you about the products you purchase and how the Warranty Agreement applies to them. We host monthly educational classes that explain the latest procedures, technology and training techniques available. These classes are open to you and your employees. We want to ensure that you have the most up-to-date information on service bulletins, recalls, and tools pertaining to your products.
The Warranty Department is committed to working with a sense of urgency to keep your buses on the road, where they belong, because we know that you have choices.
